Seize Your Opportunity to Stand Out
All law firms are in the customer service business. Asking how you can serve your clients in a helpful, sustainable, powerful, and additive way should always be at the forefront of your mind.
One of the best ways to do that is to provide a deliberately designed client experience. If you can do that consistently, then your clients will gladly help spread your message for you. As you consider the tactics we discussed in this chapter, ask yourself what you can do to go the extra mile. How do you wow your clients right out of the gate? What can you do thatâs unexpected and that sets your firm apart from all the other firms out there?
Weâll leave the specifics up to you. Just make sure that whatever tactics you choose align with both your values and your brand, and that they arenât gimmicky. Even something as simple as a friendly phone call the day after your client signs their retainer can go a long way in creating a lasting impression.
